Simplified.io ("Simplified.io" or "We") offers prospects ("Participants" or "You") the opportunity to participate in its Holiday Raffle (the "Program"):

1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time for any reason.

2. Participants are bound by these Terms and Conditions by participating in the Program.

3. We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and/or the methods through which rewards are earned (including, without limitation, any failure to include any disclosures as required by Simplified.io).

Terms & Conditions:

• Participants must be a current Zenoti customer

• Participants cannot be an existing SmartBot customer

• Must attend a session before 12/30/2022

• One center is free for 12 months from the date of signature of an agreement for the winner

• The winner agrees to work with Simplified.io's Marketing to create a case study during the 12 months of the contract

• The agreement must be executed by 12/31/2022
