The Referral Program is administered by Simplified.io. Simplified.io ("Simplified.io" or "We") offers Massage Green centers ("Referrer" or "You") the opportunity to participate in its referral program (the "Program"). 

 

1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time for any reason. 

2. We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and/or the methods through which rewards are earned. 

3. Individuals who receive a referral via a Referrer are "Centers" (or, singly, a "Center"). By participating in the Program, a Referrer represents that they have their centers' prior consent to provide their contact information.

 

 

How the Program Works

Making a Referral

• A Referrer must fill out the above form to make a referral. 

• Once a Referrer refers a center, he/she will be contacted if a Qualified Referral is made before Dec 31, 2022

• Referrers cannot refer themselves. 

 

Qualified Referrals

• If a center has already agreed to buy ezConnect / SmartBot / both before the referral, the registration will not count as a Qualified Referral, and the Referrer will not earn Credit;

• The center had not previously purchased with Simplified.io 

 

Earning Rewards​

• One month one-time credit for the referrer

  • After the referee pays the first month

• One month one-time credit for the referee

  • After the referee pays the first month

• The credit will be $100 for both parties if they sign up for SMS Bot and ezConnect

• The credit will be $75 for both parties if they sign up for SMS Bot only

• The credit will be $50 for both parties if they sign up for ezConnect only

• The number of centers credited shall be equal to the number of new centers signing up

  • For example, if the Referrer owns three centers, and the Referee owns two centers, then there will be a credit for two centers for both.

• The agreement must be executed by 12/31/2022

 

 

Verified Qualified Referrals

• Rewards are subject to verification. All of Simplified.io's decisions are final and binding, including whether a Qualified Referral or Reward is verified.
